2006 Annual Meeting
Friday and Saturday,November 3 & 4
Turf Valley Resort, Ellicott City, Maryland

This meeting is a great opportunity for you to represent your organization or share educational materials with the forestry community in Maryland. The fee for an indoor six -foot (6') I&E space is $175 and allows you to exhibit from 5:00 p.m. on Friday until the close of the meeting at 4:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and complete meeting registration for one person (i.e.attend all the sessions and networking meals.)

Due to space limitations, exhibit spaces will be filled on a first-paid, first-assigned basis. If you are interested in being an I&E Exhibitor please complete this exhibit reservation form and send it along with your check payable to the Maryland Forests Association.

Please complete the following form and return it with I&E Exhibitor fee payment of $175 to MFA on or before September 30, 2006. Contract and meeting details will be sent upon receipt.

MFA will supply exhibit space, an 6' x 30'' table and listing in event program. Exhibitor should bring own extension cord(s). Please complete form and include with your Exhibitor's fee.
